"Super Blood Blue Moon" : Total Lunar Eclipse On JAN 31st

>> On January 31st, 2018, the second moon of the month is rising with a lunar eclipse in India. 

>> The Eclipse will begin at IST 6.21 PM and end at 7:37 PM. Total lunar eclipse will be visible from all places of India. Moonrise in India is at 6.26 PM.

>> This is the first lunar eclipse of the year and It has a speciality of Eclipse occurring in the blue moon. Blue moon is the second full moon of the same month.

>> The first full moon of the year was on January 1st and that was a super moon too. The supermoon is the full moon occurs during the moon is at the closest point to earth in its monthly orbit. 

>> The supermoon (Closest moon) will take place on January 30th night and full moon and eclipse on the 31st night (for Eastern Hemisphere).

>> During the total lunar eclipse, the moon will come under earth's shadow(Umbra). A lunar eclipse happens when the earth comes between the sun and the moon. 

>> During the eclipse time, at first, the moon will be under earth penumbra(Outer faint shadow of the earth).After that, it will come under umbra of the earth.

>> During the lunar eclipse, the moon will be visible in a red shade, so the total lunar eclipse is also known as the blood moon.

>> The meeting of all the event in the 3131st-night sky can be called as the "Super Blood Blue Moon".
